Holy Yoga starts a new series!
The Eight Limbs of Yoga
Saturday April 25 11:00-12:15pm
Vision Families – come try it out!  The first class is FREE!

The eight limbs stem from the Yoga Sutras, with sutra defined as ‘thread.’ The threads are to be expanded by the teacher to student, as though we have threads and then we add beads to the thread.

Holy Yoga because it is 100% Jesus and 100% yoga. God is older than yoga. Jesus and the Holy Spirit are “the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature upholds the universe by the word of his power” (Hebrews 1:3)
